Reflexology
Reflexology works on the principle of 'reflex points' on the feet, which together form a map of the entire physical body, including organs and glands. By applying specific pressure techniques to these reflex points the body is stimulated to release blockages that may be causing pain or disease, so helping with problems such as asthma, arthritis, sinus problems, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and other stress-induced illness, as well as generally easing stress and tension, encouraging relaxation and helping to improve the immune system, sleep patterns, and therefore general quality of life.
